QT-Con 2!

CANCELED

Out of an abundance of caution in the wake of COVID-19 concerns, and following the guidance of the San Francisco Department of Public Health issued by the Office of the Mayor at the end of last week, our QTCON 2! event has been cancelled. This decision was made in consultation with our partners at Strut and the San Francisco AIDS Foundation.

We want to emphasize that this is not an easy decision. We looked at a number of alternatives, and we fully understand the impact this will have on some of you and your plans. Some made plans to travel; some of the artists use events like these to supplement their income; these events are a source of community for others.

In the meantime, Color Bloq hopes to reschedule this event to some future date, at a time that works for all participants and our community. Thank you all for your willingness to share space with us. Take care of yourselves and those closest to you, and remember to find ways to celebrate joy.

QTCON! is back. Color Bloq along with QTPOC at Strut and the SF AIDS Foundation are teaming up once again to bring you the second annual gathering of QTPOC fans & creators of comics and comic book media. Because of last year's success, QTCON! (pronounced “cutie-con”; QT for queer & trans) is a 2-day community event in 2020. And as always, entry is free and open to the public.
